Mark On The Big Screen
In 2003, Mark branched out beyond the TV screen and made an appearance on the big screen. He landed a supporting role in the Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis remake of comedy film Freaky Friday as Jamie Lee Curtis’ partner. Here Mark was introduced to a younger set of fans, who turned up to the film to watch Lindsay Lohan, a teen sensation at the time.

One of Mark’s most noteworthy roles is Secret Service special agent Simon Donovan on the highly acclaimed TV show The West Wing. He was able to break out of his previous typecasting of a character actor and his 4 piesode arc portrayal even earned him a nomination for an Emmy award in 2002.
