Noah Wyle (John Carter)
The young Dr. John Carter could have easily been our favorite doctor. Wyle starred in ER from season 1 and up until season 11 – do you remember his trip to Africa to marry? That didn’t mean we wouldn’t see him again; we did , in guest appearances in seasons 12 and 14. Post-ER Wyle has made his presence felt in movies and TV shows, such as: Enough, The World Made Straight, The Librarian, Falling Skies, and Drunk History.

Eriq La Salle (Peter Benton)
If anyone knew who good of a doctor he was, it was Dr. Peter Benton. Unfortunately we would have to say goodbye to him n season 8 when he transferred to a different institution. Post ER, his days weren’t filled with many roles, other than a few appearances in different shows like 24, Covert Affairs, and Under The Dome. Most would say that his most interesting role since ER was in Logan, where he starred alongside the great Hugh Jackman.
